Golden milk

Delicious and anti-inflammatory this is the perfect beverage to warm up a cool morning or sip prior to bed. Other spices can be added to deepen the flavours.


Ingredients


Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavours develop.
