What is the process?

Initial Consultation
During this 90 minute appointment we discuss your current symptoms, review medical history, blood tests and other factors possibly impacting your health. Initial recommendations will be given .

Research and Planning
The next few days are spent researching your symptoms and medical conditions, reviewing pathology results and putting together an evidence based Wellness Plan. Once you receive this plan we have a 15 minute chat to cover any questions

Time for Action
Your Wellness Plan will contain dietary and lifestyle recommendations to be implemented in coming weeks. Nutritional supplements or Herbal medicine may also be prescribed to help shift some issues. You will be given tools and support to make these changes.

Follow Up Consultation
Every four to six weeks we meet again to review your progress and plan the next steps towards reaching your goal. These appointments are important to keep you motivated and moving forward. Additional recommendations may be made and tools and recipes provided.
